Halloween House of the Mummy

The Mummy and Films From Beyond wish you a Happy Halloween with plenty of treats (like your favorite movies) and no tricks or ancient curses!

  1. Cool Mummy shrine this year! Wisely, you did not display the Scroll of Thoth, lest some fool read it aloud. We all know what trouble that can lead to.

    1. Thanks John! Re: Svengoolie, the irony is that for the past couple of years I haven't been able to pull in MeTV on the antenna, so I've been missing out on Svengoolie. Fortunately MeTV was added to Sling, which we have, this past September, and I can once again get my fix!

    1. Hi Gill! Hope 2026 is treating you right! As you can see, I've stepped back from blogging for the past several months. I will be posting sporadically this year as I pursue other interests that have been germinating for some time, including short story writing and painting. As a result, I'm putting the Favorite Stars blogathon on hiatus this year, with the possibility of reviving it in the future. Looking forward to your blogathons in 2026!

    2. Good to hear about these projects - I'm taking a break from blogathons myself as I have one of my own. Will tell more later in the year once it gets going. Will miss your blogathon - I'd found a good entry, but it will work for another time and post. Lovely to hear you are still blogging though.
