These are hilarious! I saw Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde for the first time not long ago. I know this is blasphemy, but when I saw Hyde's face, all I could think of was Jerry Lewis in The Nutty Professor. Maybe I should resign from the Intergalactic Cinephile Society...
Don't resign just yet Mike, you are not alone in thinking March's make-up is over the top, although that's the first time I've seen it compared to The Nutty Professor! :-) The Jerry Lewis movie reminds me of one of my favorite lesser known versions of the Stevenson story, Hammer's The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll, in which a very homely Jekyll (played by Paul Massie) turns into the dashing and handsome Mr. Hyde.
